TICKETING SERVICES MANAGER

The Cincinnati Arts Association(CAA) is seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional service, supervisory, and organizational skills to fill this position. This individual will be primarily responsible for overseeing all daily customer service functions of the CAA Ticketing Services department while ensuring quality and consistent service.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to; directly overseeing and training CAA Ticketing sales staff; managing phone and over-the-counter sales and service; solving service and ticketing issues as they arise; manage various subscription and sales programs; maintain operational and service procedures as related to service and sales; manage accessibility needs for patrons; create and update training materials; coordinate staff communication.

This person must have the ability to work independently and make critical decisions. Must enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital to this position. Must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and patient attitude with customers and staff. Exceptional customer service and supervisory skills required.  Hands-on experience in the field of arts & entertainment ticketing is essential. Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of three years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.  Proficient in basic computer and computerized ticketing skills.  Daily office hours with weekend and evening hours as needed.



MEMBER SERVICES COORDINATOR

The Cincinnati Arts Association is seeking a dedicated individual with exceptional customer service skills to fill this position. This individual will be primarily responsible for providing personal service and sales to CAA members, corporate sponsors, donors and other CAA clientele.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to; handle all CAA Member ticket sales and related service; assist in the cultivation of existing and new membership; prepare sales and demographic reports; build and maintain patron records; assist in the management of special events; assist in the development of corporate and group sales, and membership campaigns. This person will also assist with the general operation of Ticketing Services department; supporting staff, providing administrative support and assisting in opening and closing procedures.  The Member Services Coordinator also is responsible for the interface between the CAA Development and Ticketing Services departments.  

Must enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are vital to this position. Must be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant and patient attitude with customers and staff.  Minimum of two year’s hands-on experience in the field of arts & entertainment ticketing and/or related is essential. Proficient in basic computer and computerized ticketing skills.  Daily office hours with weekend and evening hours as needed.



FLOOR SUPERVISORS
(PART-TIME)

The Cincinnati Arts Association is seeking customer-service oriented individuals to fill this part-time position at our downtown Aronoff Center for the Arts location. The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to; overseeing front-of-house functions; providing customer service to patrons during events; monitoring lobby activities; supervising volunteer ushers.  Number of hours worked per week will vary based on events within the facility. Must be able to work nights and weekends, occasional weekday shifts are also available.  The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal, interpersonal and customer-service skills, as well as a proven ability to tactfully communicate with individuals in various situations. Ability to function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Supervisory skills a must.  Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Understanding of ADA a plus.
