Accessibility Information

All event spaces in Music Hall are fully accessible, and many services are available for guests with mobility challenges. Our guest services representatives and staff strive to provide everyone with a quality experience when they visit, and accommodations are available for persons with special needs. All guests are encouraged to contact us for additional information and/or to offer feedback so that we may better serve our visitors.

Access to Music Hall Event Spaces

The ADA Accessibility entrance is located on the southeast side of the building on Elm Street. From here, you will enter the Western & Southern Lobby where you will find the Box Office and two new South Elevators that provide easy access to every level of Music Hall, including the Ballroom. A North Concourse Elevator also serves all levels, including the Wilks Studio and Balcony Parlor. Escalators are located in the South Concourse and provide access to all three levels of Springer Auditorium (Orchestra, Balcony, and Gallery). A new Grand Staircase is located next to the escalators for additional access.

Wheelchairs

Access Ambassadors are available at the southeast entrance on Elm Street. These ambassadors will help you find your way and assist you to your seat. Wheelchairs are available upon request for guests needing assistance from the curb or lobby to their seats. 

Restrooms

Following its renovation, Music Hall’s restroom capacity has increased significantly. In addition to the expanded Men’s/Women’s restrooms on every level of the Springer Auditorium, companion care restrooms can be found at the following locations:     

  • Western & Southern lobby (inside the 1241 Elm Street entrance and near the Box Office)
  • North side of the Orchestra level of Springer Auditorium
  • South side of the Balcony level of Springer Auditorium
  • West side of the Ballroom

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive Listening Devices designed to enhance the sound of performances for the hearing impaired are available at Guest Services, located at the northeast corner of Music Hall's Lindner Grand Foyer. This new system uses Listen Technologies' next generation of personal listening devices, and its integrated neck loop/lanyard improves the listening experience for T-coil users.

Special Seating

Special seating is available for guests unable to transfer out of their wheelchairs or with other special seating needs. When possible, contact the Box Office in advance. On the day of a performance, we will make every effort to meet the needs of guests.

Guest Services

Located in the northeast corner of the Lindner Grand Foyer, services include assistive listening devices, coat check, courtesy phone, taxi service, and lost-and-found.

First Aid

Services are available in the North Concourse on the Orchestra Level.  For assistance, speak with Music Hall staff member.

Service Animals

Service animals are always welcome and should remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you plan to bring a service animal to an event, please notify your ticketing services representative at the time of purchase.
