Auditorium/Corbett Tower/Critic’s Club

A dedicated ramp on the north end of the main Elm Street entrances eliminates the need to walk up steps into the theater. Once inside, an elevator (located in the north hall) is available. Special arrangements are necessary for disabled patrons attending functions at the Critic’s Club. If you are attending such an event, please advise a security guard or usher, who will facilitate your entry to the Club.

Patrons can enter the Ballroom from either Elm Street or Central Parkway sides of the room. On Elm, a freight elevator can be called to the sidewalk to facilitate entry. Alternatively, parking in the Town Center Garage (located on Central Parkway across the street from Music Hall), enables patrons to enter via the skywalk that leads directly to the west entry doors into the Ballroom.

Select restrooms are specifically fitted to be accessible. On the first floor of the Auditorium the women’s restroom in the south hallway, and the unisex restroom at the end of the hallway leading to backstage. On the second floor a unisex restroom is available at the end of the south hallway. On the third floor, both the men’s and women’s restrooms located in the north hall are accessible. The ushers can also direct you to these locations, or assist with special needs.

Assistive Listening

Sennheiser HDI 302 infrared headsets are available for the convenience of the hearing impaired, courtesy of the Bahmann Foundation. There is no charge for this service, and the devices are available at the coat room in the Foyer of the Auditorium.

A courtesy phone is located in the coat room, in the Foyer of the theater.

Wheelchairs are available upon request for patrons needing assistance from the curb or lobby to their seats. Patrons should ask a security guard (outside) or usher (inside) for assistance.

Special Seating

Special seating is available for patrons unable to transfer out of their wheelchairs or with other special seating needs. When possible, contact the box office in advance. On the day of a performance, we will make every effort to meet the needs of our patrons.
