The Cincinnati Arts Association is the official source for most Aronoff Center events and select Music Hall events. Our friendly, helpful representatives are happy to assist you with your ticket purchases and answer any questions you may have about shows and events, the Aronoff Center, Music Hall, parking and dining in downtown Cincinnati, and more.

Will Call Pick Up

Most will call tickets may be picked up any time before the event at our ticket offices during regular business hours. Purchaser must present a picture ID when picking up tickets.

The Aronoff Center and Music Hall are fully accessible to guests with disabilities. The Cincinnati Arts Association is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable theatre experience for all of our guests.

Following are the official CAA sources from which to purchase tickets to events and programs in our venues. By purchasing only from these sources, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and is being sold to you at the current face value. You may be at risk when purchasing tickets from unofficial sources.

CAA is a not-for-profit organization that oversees the programming and management of the Aronoff Center for the Arts and Music Hall and is dedicated to supporting the performing and visual arts, as well as arts education opportunities in the Greater Cincinnati region.

Third-Party Ticket Purchases

Buy your tickets only from the official sources listed above to ensure that you receive a fair price and that your tickets are valid. If you choose to purchase through a third-party reseller:

  • You will typically pay much more than the face value of the ticket.
  • Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
  • We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold by a reseller or unauthorized third party. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable.
