Donation Requests

Thank you for your commitment to promoting the arts!

The Cincinnati Arts Association is a not-for-profit organization that oversees the programming and management of the Aronoff Center for the Arts, Music Hall, and the Weston Art Gallery. Therefore, we do not honor appeals for money or tickets to performances. However, we do give organizations one $100 Cincinnati Arts Association Membership certificate. Due to the large number of inquiries, we have the following requirements for a contribution to be considered:

  • A formal statement submitted in writing, written on the company’s letterhead, outlining information about your organization and your event. Please include the date of the event and where donations can be mailed if awarded.
  • A 30-day lead time is needed to get a request processed and considered.
  • Requests are processed on the 25th of each month. If a donation is awarded, it will be delivered the following month the inquiry was received and prior to the event. No phone calls, please.
