Ticket Information 

The official ticketing source for the Aronoff Center, Cincinnati Arts Association provides ticket sales for most Aronoff Center events and select Music Hall events. Our helpful and friendly representatives are happy to assist you with your ticket purchases and answer any questions you may have about shows and events, the Aronoff Center, Music Hall, parking and dining in downtown Cincinnati, and more.

Will Call Pick Up

Most will call tickets may be picked up any time before the event at our ticket offices during regular business hours. Purchaser must present a picture ID when picking up tickets.


Accessibility Arrangements

The Aronoff Center is fully accessible to patrons with disabilities. The Cincinnati Arts Association is dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable theatre experience for all people:

  • Wheelchair accessible seating is available throughout all seating levels allowing for a choice in view and ticket prices. Tickets can be purchased via phone, internet, or in person at the Ticket Office.
  • Courtesy wheelchairs are available for guests who need assistance from the curb or lobby to their seats.
  • Assistive listening devices for the hearing impaired are available in the lobby for most performances.
  • American Sign Language interpretation and audio description services are offered for many productions.
  • Service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability are always welcome in our venues. Please notify our representative of any service animals at the time of purchase so that appropriate accommodations can be made. Emotional support animals are not permitted in our venues.
  • A single-use, gender neutral restroom is available for guests who need the assistance of a companion/parent or for individuals who require complete privacy. It is located on the north side of the Loge lobby of the Procter & Gamble Hall.
  • Access: All seating levels are accessible by elevator. In addition, the Aronoff Center has ADA-approved handrails and automatic door openers on exterior doors. Our Ticket Office counters are wheelchair accessible.

Third-Party Ticket Purchases

Buy your tickets only from the official sources listed above (or from Broadway in Cincinnati, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Symphony/Pops Orchestras, or May Festival) to ensure that you receive a fair price and that your tickets are valid. If you choose to purchase through a third party broker:

  • You will typically pay much more than the face value of the ticket.
  • Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
  • We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold by a broker or unauthorized third party. Revoked tickets are not valid for admission and are non-refundable.
