Due to the Level II Snow Advisory, there's been a lot of questions regarding today's performances.

Here are some frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your performance today.

Are today's shows cancelled?

No, today's shows are not cancelled. Cincinnati Ballet will be performing The Nutcracker this afternoon and evening, as scheduled.  

Will Cincinnati Music Hall open early to accomodate all guests?

Yes, Cincinnati Music Hall will open 90 minutes prior to curtain to accomodate for early arrival. Please leave extra time for travel and parking to prevent arrival delays.

I can't come to the show today due to the inclement weather. Can I get a refund or exchange?

Due to Level II Snow Advisory, guests have the option of moving into any of the three remaining productions this season: Alice, Beauty and the Beast, and any Festival performance. 

Is there a deadline for requesting a ticket to a future performance if I can't make it to the show today?

Yes, the deadling is through December 26th (end of day). You can also leave a voicemail if you can't get through to the Ballet Box Office, or email the Ballet at welcome@cballet.org.
