JACQUELINE MCCLURE

Jacqueline’s goal is to connect her art form to benefit overall wellness and learning. She recognized her passion for dance in 1993 when she began her personal quest of learning various styles of dance—including Modern, Contemporary, and West African. Liturgical and many others. As a result, she has taught numerous classes, workshops, and seminars in churches, schools and other venues both locally and internationally. Jacqueline has danced with numerous dance troupes, touring in major performance venues for nearly 10 years. In the early 2000’s she created Arts of Excellence Holistic & Wellness Center, a dance training and performing venue, to expose participants to the ministry of dance. A large part of her audience included faith-based and community participants. Jacqueline believes that dance, movement and healing go hand-in-hand.  Not only is dance her creative expression, but she also teaches mindfulness movement to aide in healing and wellness. In addition to expanding her love for promoting mind, body and spirit wellness, Jacqueline created Arts Of Healing, LLC in 2020. Here she extensively utilizes alternative modalities such as mindfulness meditation activities/exercises to produce calmness, peace of mind, clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, etc.
