Help us celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the
Aronoff Center for the Arts
with this special Name-A-Seat opportunity!

BE A PERMANENT PART OF THE ARONOFF CENTER!

The Cincinnati Arts Association invites you to support the Aronoff Center during its 25th Anniversary season with a donation that allows you to add your name to a beautiful brass plaque on the arm of a select Procter & Gamble Hall seat. Or celebrate a loved one, honor an arts lover, or give a gift to the person who has everything with a seat donation that leaves a legacy. This is a rare opportunity to take your seat in history!

Your seat donation will not only support the Cincinnati Arts Association’s ongoing stewardship of the Aronoff Center (and Music Hall), but also help us raise the curtain on another 25 years (and more) of world-class events. In addition, your generous support will help us sustain our life-changing arts education programs, impactful Arts-in-Healing Initiative, and compelling exhibitions by local and regional artists at the Aronoff's Weston Art Gallery.

You can name a seat for:

  • An individual, couple, family, or beloved pet
  • Your children, grandchildren, or parents
  • The memory of a loved one
  • A friend or colleague
  • A business or organization
  • And more

Your seat plaque guarantees that you or your loved one will be a part of the Aronoff Center for generations to come!

Donation per seat plaque

  • $1,000 – Front Orchestra
  • $750 – Rear Orchestra
  • $500 – Loge

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant financial impact on us as a not-for-profit arts organization, with more than 300 events cancelled or rescheduled at the Aronoff Center and Music Hall. The support of our audiences, donors, and sponsors has never been more important than now. We are extremely grateful for your support!

What do I receive when I make a gift to Name-A-Seat?

Each seat donation is commemorated with a personalized, engraved brass plaque on the seat(s) you choose in the Procter & Gamble Hall when making your donation.

What does my seat donation support?

Your generous donation will help us maintain the Aronoff Center; assist us in our reopening efforts; and sustain our vital mission-based arts education and community outreach programs, as well as the acclaimed exhibitions at the Aronoff's Weston Art Gallery.

What will be on my seat plaque?

Each seat plaque has space for a maximum of 25 characters. You may choose to place your own name, or you may wish to recognize a relative, friend, company, etc. You may also use phrases such as “In Memory of” or “In Honor of” before the name to further personalize your seat plaque. Names and any additional copy much be within the 25 character limit and is subject to the approval of the Cincinnati Arts Association.

Where will the seat plaque be placed?

Your seat plaque will be on the armrest of the seat that you choose and will be clearly visible to others.

May I choose the seat?

Yes.  If you are making your donation online, you may select your seat(s) from a seating chart and then complete your order. If you are making a donation by phone, we will assist you in choosing a seat in your preferred area of the Procter & Gamble Hall.

Will the seat I name become my seat for performances that I attend?

This is a naming opportunity only and does not imply ownership of the seat or reserve the use of the seat for any performances. However, you may always inquire about the availability of this seat when purchasing a ticket to any event at the Procter & Gamble Hall.

When will the Name-A-Seat opportunity end?
