With names like Tim Gunn, Andie MacDowell and Arianna Huffington sharing their triumphs, experiences and amazing life stories, the 2012 series in Cincinnati is sure to be amazing this year! A celebrity-based spoken word series, SmartTalk ConnectedConversations™ connects the most intriguing and influential speakers of today with audiences in an intimate theatrical setting.
While providing audiences with a powerful evening unlike any other, SmartTalk encourages women of all ages to reconnect with themselves and the people they care about. It's an opportunity to break away, renew and enjoy these special moments together -- attend with your mothers, daughters, friends and colleagues. Share a subscription or give one as a gift. Spend five nights out of the year sharing, learning, laughing and maybe even shedding a tear as you feel the transformation that real, smart talk is all about.
All presentations begin at 7:30pm with doors opening at 6:30pm for the pre-show and free hors d'oeuvres for series subscribers. Each SmartTalk event closes with a Question and Answer period during which time the speaker answers audience questions. THIS YEAR subscribers qualify for substantial prizes! Then following the show there is a chance to attend the VIP reception where you can meet the speaker and have a photo taken with them.

His latest project is The Revolution, a daily show about health and lifestyle transformations which is scheduled to premiere January 2012. Whether he's working in fashion, running a fashion design school department, writing books and articles, appearing on television or supporting his charities, Tim Gunn 'makes it work' and does it all with style!

Seeing No Limitations
Seeing no limitations in accomplishing all she sets her mind to, Vy has achieved some very impressive milestones including being the first black female radio personality in the prime time New York City market. She was also the first woman in advertising sales at Ebony magazine, the first black woman to produce a drama on Broadway and the first black female writer, producer, director of the longest-running Off-Broadway musical in the history of American theatre. All this and she is the CEO of The Mama Foundation as featured on 60 Minutes.

The Aronoff Center's largest theater seats 2,719, has a fully-equipped stage, state-of-the-art sound and lighting and a beautiful ceiling studded with 3,000 fiber optic lenses that create a starlight effect. The rich color scheme of terra-cotta, teal and ochre is accented with brass trim and cherry wood. Excellent sightlines and comfortable seating add to the enjoyment of any event.
