Yondr

Yondr creates phone-free spaces for artists, educators, organizations and individuals.

If you are attending an event that has partnered with Yondr, the use of mobile phones, cameras or recording devices, including smart watches, will not be allowed.

Upon arrival, all phones and smartwatches will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be unlocked at the end of the show. Guests may maintain possession of their phones throughout the night, and if needed, may access their phones at designated Yondr unlocking stations in the lobby. Anyone using a mobile phone in the seating area will be immediately removed from the theater.

All pouches and equipment will be sanitized prior to individual use. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene guidelines.

For these events, all tickets must be either printed prior to arrival or pick up at will call on the night of the show. If you have mobile tickets, please print them prior to arrival to your arrival at the Aronoff Center, or contact the Cincinnati Arts Association Ticket Office at (513) 621-2787 or ticketing@cincinnatiarts.org to have your tickets mailed or held at will call.
