INVITATION TO BID: Aronoff Center Cooling Tower Replacement

Sealed bids will be received by GBBN Architects, Inc., at 332 East 8th Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 until Friday December 16th by 12:00 Noon, local time.for furnishing of labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary for the replacement of existing cooling tower, associated infrastructure and roofing material at the Aronoff Center for the Arts, 650 Walnut Street, downtown Cincinnati.

Music Hall Tag Sale: Pre-sale and Public Sale Dates RESCHEDULED

he Music Hall Tag Sale Early Bird event (ticketed event), scheduled for this evening, Friday, November 11 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the Wooden Nickel Antiques’ warehouse at 1515 Central Parkway, has been postponed until next Friday, November 18 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM. The public sale dates (non-ticketed) have been rescheduled to Saturday, November 19 – Wednesday, November 23.

Ghosts of War: The True Story of a 19-Year-Old GI

The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) is pleased to present the Griffin Theatre Company’s production of Ghosts of War: The True Story of a 19-Year-Old GI by Ryan Smithson, adapted for the stage by William Massolia, on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 8:00 PM at the Aronoff Center’s intimate Jarson-Kaplan Theater.  The show is part of CAA’S 2016-17 Season.

This poignant and moving play chronicles the true-life story of one man’s experiences in basic training and his tour of duty in Iraq. To enhance the theatrical experience, the performance is followed by a post-play discussion.
