SchoolTime Transportation Reimbursement Submission

Thank you for attending a SchoolTime performance!

To receive your transportation reimbursement, please select the performance you attended and complete the subsequent form.

To receive reimbursement, a copy of the school's paid transportation invoice should be submitted to the portal below by the following dates:

• Performances in October-November: Due December 11, 2026
• Performances in December: Due January 29, 2027
• Performances in January-February: Due March 19, 2027
• Performances March-April: Due May 21, 2027

The documentation submitted must include the number of buses used on the day of the performance and the price per bus. Subsidies will be remitted within 30 days of the invoice receipt due dates above.

*If a school has an outstanding SchoolTime ticket balance, transportation reimbursements will not be processed until ticket invoices are paid in full.
