SchoolTime Transportation Reimbursement Submission

Thank you for attending a SchoolTime performance!

To recieve your transportation reimbursment, please select the performance you attended and complete the subsequent form. Transportation documentation is due 8 weeks following your SchoolTime performance. The documentation submitted must include the number of buses used on the day of the performance and the price per bus. Subsidies will be remitted within 30 days of the invoice receipt due dates below.

*If a school has an outstanding SchoolTime ticket balance, transportation reimbursmements will not be processed until ticket invoices are paid in full.

If your school was not able to submit for reimbursement by due date, but now has the required documentation, please use the link below to submit. Reimbursmements for past due sumbissions will be processed and mailed over the summer.

NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 5, 2024.
