SchoolTime Transportation Reimbursement Submission

Thank you for attending a SchoolTime performance!

To receive your transportation reimbursement, please select the performance you attended and complete the subsequent form.

To receive reimbursement, a copy of the school's paid transportation invoice should be submitted to the portal below by the following dates:

• Performances in October-November: Due December 11, 2026
• Performances in December: Due January 29, 2027
• Performances in January-February: Due March 19, 2027
• Performances March-April: Due May 21, 2027

Before submitting for reimbursement, please be sure to have the following:

• A copy of the SchoolTime Transportation Award that was sent to you by CAA
• A copy of the transportation invoice that was provided to you by your bus company.
  • The document must include the number of buses used on the day of the performance and the price per bus. 
• What the reimbursement check should be made out to, and the address of where the check should be sent.

*Subsidies will be remitted within 30 days of the invoice receipt due dates above.

*If a school has an outstanding SchoolTime ticket balance, transportation reimbursements will not be processed until ticket invoices are paid in full.
