COVID-19 Health and Safety Guidelines

The health and safety of our guests, staff, and artists continue to be our number one priority, and the following guidelines have been developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to reengage with our guests. While we are implementing many precautions, we need your cooperation in order to create a safe environment for everyone at the Weston.

  • Maintain 6-feet social distancing throughout the Gallery space.

  • Wash your hands and/or utilize hand sanitizers (stations are located throughout the Gallery).

  • Stay at home if you are feeling ill and/or have any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • Limit one guest to the Gallery elevator at a time.*

  • Limit one guest to the Gallery’s restrooms at a time.*

*With the exception of parents with small children and disabled patrons who require assistance.

Our Promise to You

  • Wear a face mask (a requirement of all of our team members).

  • Provide you with a mask if you do not have one.

  • Clean frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant wipes.

  • Keep a record of daily visitors with contact information for contact-tracing purposes.

  • Provide hand sanitizing stations on both levels of the Gallery.

  • Post appropriate signage on both levels of the Gallery addressing COVID-19 symptoms, hand washing recommendations, and social distancing guidelines.

  • Clean and sanitize the Gallery restrooms and spaces on an increased and frequent basis.

Please note:  These health and safety guidelines are designed to be fluid and flexible as the impact of COVID-19 continues to change. We will continue to follow the directives of the City of Cincinnati and the State of Ohio, as well as the recommendations of other government and health officials, in order to inform our decision making. The health and safety of our guests, artists, and staff will always remain our number one priority.

Any updates to our health and safety guidelines will be posted on this page.
