Why Bindle?
Bindle allows you to upload your vaccination card and negative COVID test results to be approved by a third-party company so your health information is safe and secure.

Where is Bindle accepted?
Bindle entry passes will be accepted at the Aronoff Center and Music Hall.
Is Bindle required?
While use of Bindle is not required, guests are encouraged to download the app, set up an account, and create their entry pass prior to arrival at the venue. Bindle does not require biometrics and no personal health information is shared with Bindle or the venue. Patrons can safely store COVID-19 test results and vaccine records using Bindle's military-grade encryption, keeping personal identity and health information strictly private.
How to use the Bindle app
1. ​Download Bindle
2. Create a My Bindle Account (see "How to create your My Bindle Account" below).
3. Upload your Vaccine Certificate(s) or test results in the My Certificates section.
- Please note test results should not be uploaded until closer to the event date as they are valid for a shorter amount of time.
4. Generate an entry pass for your location (see "How to Generate an Entry Pass" below).
5. The entry pass is valid until the expiration date displayed (see example).
How to create your Bindle
When joining Bindle, you’ll be guided through a few simple steps (including being sent a one-time code via email) to create your wallet. Because of our commitment to your privacy, we do not have access to your information after you sign up. This means you’re unable to update any account information after onboarding, so please make sure you have the correct Photo, Name, Email, and Date of Birth.
Also, if you choose to back up your account, it means we don’t have access to your password. Please be sure to make a note of it!
How to upload your vaccine result
Bindle allows you to upload an image of your vaccine record. In order to do this, navigate to the “My Certificates” page and click on the + sign. From there, you’ll be prompted to input your information and upload an image/document.
How to upload your lab result
Bindle allows you to upload your lab result. In order to do this, navigate to the “My Certificates” page and click on the + sign. From there, you’ll be prompted to input your information and upload an image/document.
How to generate an entry pass
Once your test result or vaccine record displays on your "My Certificates" page, you are now able to generate entry passes for any of the venues on Bindle’s platform. Simply click on the “My Passes” icon and search for Aronoff Center or Cincinnati Music Hall. Then click “Create Entry Pass” and Bindle will check to see if your digital certificates meet our policy criteria and provide you with the result. If you pass, you’ll then see an entry pass that includes your selfie, a green checkmark, and a QR code. This is what you'll show when you arrive at the event.
