HAMILTON

September 6 - October 2, 2022
Aronoff Center - Procter & Gamble Hall

On sale Thursday, May 19 - 10:00 AM

How is it possible that there are tickets on secondary ticket sites and that they are so outrageously priced?

If you see ticket prices exceeding the $249 level, they are most likely coming from a unauthorized reseller source and may not be a valid ticket.

CincinnatiArts.org and BroadwayInCincinnati.com are the only official online ticket sources for single tickets for HAMILTON. We make every effort to sell directly to consumers so that our guests receive the best seats at the best price and the best customer service. We are dedicated to keeping tickets out of the hands of resellers by investing in technology that thwarts ticketing bots, by identifying and cancelling orders placed by unauthorized resellers that exceed the stated ticket limit, and our ongoing efforts to educate the public to the dangers of purchasing from brokers and the secondary ticket market.

Tickets for HAMILTON or any other Broadway in Cincinnati event purchased on a secondary site cannot be guaranteed.

Can I use a gift certificate?

Cincinnati Arts Association Gift Certificates can be redeemed at the Aronoff Center Ticket Office. Gift Certificates are not directly redeemable online, but you can receive a reimbursement after your purchase. Please contact Ticketing Services at Ticketing@CincinnatiArts.org to receive a credit.

When will I get my tickets?

HAMILTON tickets will be delivered by mobile delivery. Mobile tickets will be sent via email the week of July 11.

How secure are my tickets?

Each ticket has a one-of-a-kind barcode. Never share photos of the barcode on your tickets—especially on social media! If you post a picture of your ticket that shows the barcode, someone could steal your barcode and use it to get into the theater. Only the first set of tickets scanned will be allowed through the doors.

Tips for sharing your excitement:

  • Cover the barcode with your finger when you take a picture..
  • Black out the barcode on the picture. (Do not black it out on the tickets as you won’t be able to use them!)
  • Take a close-up shot of the tickets that shows only the name of the show and the theater..

What is the runtime?

HAMILTON runs 2 hours and 45 minutes (including intermission).

Does HAMILTON have an age recommendation?

HAMILTON is appropriate for children ages 10 and older, and everyone needs a ticket to attend the show. Note that the performance runs 2 hours and 45 minutes, and contains some strong language and non-graphic adult situations. Strobe lights, fog, haze, gunshots, and cannon booms are used in this production.

Is there Audio Description and American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation?

Audio Description services will be provided at the 2:00 PM performance on Saturday, September 10.  Audio Description is available in all locations of the theater. Please plan to arrive early to secure your assisted listening device from the Guest Services Desk in the lobby.

ASL interpretation services will be provided at the 1:00 PM performance on Sunday, September 11.  A limited number of seats are available in the ASL area. Contact us at ACAssist@CincinnatiArts.org for more information.

Is there accessible seating?

Accessible seat locations for guests with mobility impairments are available at the Aronoff Center, and all levels of the theater are accessible by elevators. However, many seating areas within the theater have stairs. For information on accessibility at the Aronoff Center, click here

Accessible seating can be purchased online by toggling the Accessible Seating tab on the seat map or by calling us at (513) 621-ARTS [2787].
