Hosted by spoken word artist Dawn Crooks (Cincinnati) and featuring the Burnt Sugar Arkestra (NYC), this multiracial Jam Army freestyles with cool telekinesis between jazz, hip hop, rock, and soul. The Underworld Black Arts Festival will pay tribute to the late, great Greg Tate (conductor of BSA and music journalist for Rolling Stone and The Village Voice), who recently passed away.
