The Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library and the Southern Ohio Storytelling Arts and Music Festival are co-sponsoring the Teen Film and Video Festival. Teens can enter films in one of two divisions: Young Teen (12-15) and Older Teen (16-19).

Films can be up to ten minutes long and include: animation; commercials; documentaries; experimental and feature films; music videos; or "other" submissions. A panel of judges will watch each entry, and those film judged as outstanding will be screened publicly during the Southern Ohio Storytelling Arts and Music Festival, September 5 and 6, 2008, at the historic Majestic Theatre in downtown Chillicothe.
