2008 Guidelines

The Cincinnati Arts Association (CAA) will host an exhibition of student artwork based on the theme "Who's Who” (who's who in your life, your school, your neighborhood, your community etc.).

Show will be on display in the Center Stage Room of the Aronoff Center

Saturday, April 26, 2008 – Sunday, May 11, 2008

Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM and Sunday 12:00-5:00 PM

Preview/Reception: Friday, April 25, 2008, 5:00-7:00 pm

Criteria:

• Open to grades K-8
• 2-D works only
• Size limit: 14” x 18” (including mat)
• Exhibits the theme “Who's Who”
• Please mat or mount work on a board
• Please complete entry form (below) and attach to back of work
• Limit of 10 pieces per school

Drop-off Work:

• Friday, April 4, 2008 – Sunday, April 13, 2008
  Weston Art Gallery, Aronoff Center
• Mail to: Cincinnati Arts Association, Education Department, 650 Walnut St., Cincinnati, OH 45202. Must be received by Monday, April 14, 2008.

Pick-up Work:

• Tuesday, May 13, 2008 – Sunday, May 18, 2008, Weston Art Gallery. CAA cannot be responsible for work not picked-up by May 18.
