SchoolTime Order Form
- Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis.
- For the 2009-10 season, confirmations will be sent out in August.
Submitting the Order Form
- Click to download form. It should open in your browser window.
- Type your information in the appropriate fields.
- Click the "Submit by Email" button. You will be asked about your email program (Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo are internet based mail applications). Select the appropriate one. Click "OK" to send.
If Having Problems Submitting by Email
- Try selecting "Other" when ask about Email application. You will be prompted to save the data. Once saved, open your email and attached the saved file and email to education@cincinnatiarts.org
- or save the form to your computer and attach it in an email and send to education@cincinnatiarts.org
- or Print the form and Fax to (513) 977-4150
- or use the Word document version and email or fax it to us
