SchoolTime Grants
The Cincinnati Arts Association must have an application on file in order to award grant monies. Grants are awarded based on economic need of the school. Funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. The amount of the grant will vary depending on the economic need and amount of funds available. No one can be guaranteed an award amount prior to receipt of application. An Award Letter will be sent notifying the school of its grant. (Please allow 10 working days to process; for 2011-12 season Award Letters will be mailed in August.)

To apply: Fill out application form (download below) and submit to CAA's Education Department (see instructions below)

For Ticket Grants, the amount will be applied to your invoice.

Transportation Grants are paid on a reimbursement basis. You are responsible for making the transportation arranges, and submitting and invoice or canceled check for reimbursement.

Submitting the Grant Application
- Click to download form. It should open in your browser window.
- Type your information in the appropriate fields.
- Click the "Submit by Email" button.
- Your Email program should automatically open. Click Send.
- Or you may be asked about your email program (Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo are internet based mail applications). Select the appropriate one. Click "OK" to send.
If Having Problems Submitting by Email
- Try selecting "Other" when asked about Email application. You will be prompted to save the data. Once saved, open your email and attach the saved file. Send to education@cincinnatiarts.org.
- Or save the form to your computer as a PDF and attach it in an email. Send to education@cincinnatiarts.org.
- Or click the “Print Form” button. Fax print out to (513) 977-4150.
