Masks, disguise, role-playing, lying, and hallucination are the ways in which Roger Jerome explores a central theme of Shakespeare's plays - the differences between things as they seem and reality. Key speeches are performed with parallel improvisations by eight pre-selected students who assist in the presentation.

Technical Needs
- Artist Arrival: 2 hours prior to the start of the performance (see also Audience Participation)
- Organization representative should meet the artist and show him to the presentation area.
- Four students needed to assist with unloading equipment.
- The artist would like an organization representative to introduce him.
- Audience Participation: 8 students (4 boys, 4 girls) as participants in the performance. Artist will need a space to rehearse the students prior to the performance. The rehearsal is about 45 minutes long.
- There is a Question and Answer session following the presentation, which is not included in the run time.
- Equipment needed by the artist: access to electrical outlets, 8 identical chairs, a small table (such as a card table), PA system to play cassette tape.
- Large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 15' x 15'
- Please have drinking water provided for the artist.
