As the 3rd Annual Royal Comedy Tour preps to head out on its 25-city tour, this year's tour titled, 'All Hail Stand-Up' is taking fans back to a time when 'Stand Up was King'. From sold out shows to side-splitting sets to some of the funniest comedians coming together on one stage one night at a time, The Royal Comedy Tour year after year is the most anticipated, can't miss comedy tour. On this year's Royal Comedy Tour, Sommore, D.L. Hughley, Bruce Bruce and Joe Torry have joined forces to become 'One Nation Under Comedy' and bring stand-up comedy back to its roots.

SommoreSommore, the original 'Queen of Comedy', has emerged as one of America's top comedic performers consistently delivering sharp sarcasm with an amazing presence. The Trenton, New Jersey native has appeared various shows including Russell Simmons' 'Def Comedy Jam', BET's 'Live From LA', 'Showtime At The Apollo' and featured on 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'. Starring in the ground-breaking Queens of Comedy tour, Sommore was featured on the Showtime special and now has her own successful DVD 'The Queen Stands Alone'. Her film appearances include Soul Plane, A Miami Tail, Friday After Next and Something New.

D L HughleyOne of the most popular and highly recognized standup comedians on the road today, D.L. Hughley has also made quite an impression in the feature film and television arena. It was the mega-hit ORIGINAL KINGS OF COMEDY that launched D.L. into superstardom. The film, based on the 1999 tour featuring D.L., Bernie Mac, Steve Harvey and Cedric the Entertainer, garnered close to $40 million at the box office and became one of the highest selling DVDs in 2001. D.L. Hughley spent four successful years starring in his own sitcom The Hughleys. In 2005-2006, D.L. hosted his own late night talk show for Comedy Central Weekends at the DL. His most recent project is a one-hour comedy special for HBO, Unapologetic.

Bruce Bruce is a name synonymous with keeping audiences rolling with laughter thanks to his captivating improv skills. Bruce's larger than life comedic style has been showcased across the country. His wit, spontaneity and dazzling personality set him apart from other standup comedians. Although Bruce is known for his adult comedy, he prides himself on not using vulgarity to win a laugh. He is well known to audiences from his two-year stint as the host of BET's Comic View as well as the host of BET's Coming to the Stage. Bruce has recently starred in his own Comedy Central Presents special which he followed with an Urban Works Entertainment release of his one-hour comedy special DVD Bruce Bruce Live. On the big screen, Bruce has created crazy characters like the 'Lime Pimp' in Hair Show starring Mo'Nique, and 'Dewayne' the lovable security guard in The Wash starring Snoop Dog and Dr Dre.

Joe TorryJoe Torry began his acting career around the age of 23. He brought his own style of humor to roles in films such as Strictly Business and House Party . He starred in Motives 1 & 2, Lock Down, Hair Show, Mannsfield 12, Poetic Justice, Sprung, and Tales from the Hood among others. He also made guest appearances on television shows including 'E.R.', 'NYPD Blue', 'Girlfriends', 'NCIS', 'The Conan O'Brien Show', 'Late Night with Jon Stewart', 'The Bryon Allen Show' and became a crowd favorite on 'Def Comedy Jam' before becoming the host in 1992 after Martin Lawrence left the show.

Springer Auditorium
Music Hall stands majestically at the corner of 14th and Elm Streets in Cincinnati's historic Over-the-Rhine -- just a short walk from the city's center. Dedicated at the time of the fourth May Festival in 1878, Music Hall has endured famously over the years as a testament to those who conceived it and to those who continue to contribute to its grandeur. This Cincinnati showpiece was built with private money raised from what is believed to be the nation's first matching grant fund drive and has been renovated and updated on numerous occasions. Music Hall's Springer Auditorium is world renowned for its extraordinary acoustics and is judged to be among the best and most beautiful concert theaters in the world. In January 1975, Music Hall was recognized as a National Historic Landmark by the U.S. Department of the Interior.
