This big, bright Tony Award winning musical welcomes audiences to Baltimore in the 60's, where the 50's are out -- and change is in the air. Loveable plus-size heroine, Tracy Turnblad, has a passion for dancing, and wins a spot on the local TV dance program, 'The Corny Collins Show'. When her dream comes true, she finds herself transformed from outsider to teen celebrity. Now this larger-than-life adolescent must use her newfound power to vanquish the program's reigning princess, integrate Corny's television show, and find true love -- all while singing and dancing and without denting her 'do.

TITANIC is based on the true story of the great ship's maiden voyage from departure in Southampton, England to the sinking in the Atlantic by an iceberg. The show touches on issues such as class, immigration and mankind's vulnerability in the face of nature. The story follows passengers and crew members who actually existed and were aboard RMS Titanic in April 1912.
