Clear Stage Cincinnati's main goal is to retain local artists and train new artists so that they might rejuvenate and build the local theatrical industry in Cincinnati for the betterment of the community.

These programs are designed to provide career-building experience for new directors, designers and performers and will be incorporated into the main stage season.
