Cincinnati Ballet's Heather Britt again collaborates on a new piece with singer-songwriter Peter Adams. Modern choreographer Ka-Ron Brown Lehman joins forces with Michael Chertock, a renowned pianist and composer. Beloved guest choreographer Jessica Lang creates a work celebrating the anniversary of longtime Cincinnati Ballet supporters Julie and Steve Shifman. Bulgaria's international ballet star Sergey Sergiev choreographs his first work for Cincinnati Ballet to the music of avant-garde group Art of Noise. Finally, a sneak preview of April's
Infamous Love Songs, from Missy Lay Zimmer and Andrew Hubbard, set to the music of Over the Rhine.

The enchanted world of Princess Aurora and Prince Desire comes to life at historic Music Hall in this famous fairytale, where a spell can be broken with a kiss, and true love means living happily ever after. With lavish costumes and sets, Associate Artistic Director Devon Carney's choreography (after Marius Petipa), and the incomparable Tchaikovsky score performed by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Music Director Carmon DeLeone.

Simply the most famous and extravagant ballet adventure in the world, Cincinnati celebrates the annual return of this holiday tradition filled with dancing snowflakes, waltzing flowers, belligerent mice, brave toy soldiers and an unlikely romance between Marie and her cherished Nutcracker doll. With choreography from Val Caniparoli, magical sets by designer Alain Vaes, and Tchaikovsky's colorful and brilliant score, performed by the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra under Music Director Carmon DeLeone's baton, Frisch's Presents
The Nutcracker remains for 36 years the only full-scale dance event of it's kind in the region.
A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM

Inspired by William Shakespeare, Cincinnati Ballet Artistic Director & CEO Victoria Morgan choreographs a colorful tale in which entanglements between two sets of Athenian lovers unravel in high comedy. All are happily reunited at last after enchanted encounters in The Big Forest with mischievous hobgoblin Puck, The Kin and Queen of the Fairies, Oberon and Titania. Full of magic and bursting with life, the ballet is set to an agile score by Felix Mendelssohn performed by the Cincinnati Ballet Orchestra, and a cast of nymphs and sprites from Cincinnati Ballet Otto M. Budig Academy.

Celebrate Cincinnati Ballet's bright future in this extraordinary new double bill, featuring live music from Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra with Maestro Carmon DeLeone. Resident choreographer Adam Hougland collaborates with set and costume designer Marion Williams to bring his world premiere The Firebird to the Aronoff stage. Hougland and Williams apply their contemporary vision to Stravinsky's classical masterwork in this ballet that celebrates the composition's centennial.
