Technical Needs
- Artist Arrival: 45 minutes prior to presentation.
- Organization representative should meet the artist and show him to the presentation area.
- Audience participation: yes, no pre-selection necessary.
- Question and Answer session — time permitting.
- Equipment needed by artist:
- electrical outlet
- a small table
- a water source (i.e., a nearby sink or water fountain)
- Classroom or large gathering space is suitable for this presentation. Minimum amount of space needed for presentation: 8’ x 8’ (or front area of standard size classroom)
- Please have drinking water available for the artist.
