10 AM & Noon

Aronoff Center, Jarson-Kaplan Theater

Hobey Ford's award-winning and unique style of puppetry allows audiences to experience a puppetry ballet of animal creatures. The show explores the beauty and movement of whales, dolphins, birds, butterflies, wolves and a menagerie of other creatures. Considered both an innovator and a master storyteller, Hobey will bring these animals to life before your eyes. His carved foam rubber puppets (Foamies) will astound audiences with their realistic look and movements. This is a perfect program to introduce students to the scientific names and classification of animals.
